Returns and complaints – general rules

Purchases made in our Humboo B2B shop are subject to separate rules than consumer purchases. The detailed rules are described in our Terms and Conditions, available here:

Below, we have compiled the most important information regarding returns and complaints that you should know before submitting a claim.


Return of standard goods

You may return standard, non-personalised goods within 14 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

  • the goods have not been used and are in their original condition and packaging,
  • the return has been previously reported and accepted by our team,
  • The customer shall cover the costs of return shipping.

Personalised products – no returns possible

Orders for personalised products (with printing, made to order) are non-returnable, unless there has been a manufacturing error on our part.
Please note: once your payment has been processed, the production process begins and it is no longer possible to cancel or modify your order.


Complaints

Complaints are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you receive defective goods, please send us an e-mail with photos and a description of the situation:

If the complaint is upheld:

  • we will collect the goods at our expense (if the goods are unusable),
  • we will offer an exchange or refund,
  • you will receive a reply by e-mail, usually within a few working days.

Goods damaged in transit

The risk passes to the Customer at the moment the goods are handed over to the courier, but:

  • if you notice any damage, report it within 3 working days,
  • we consider each such situation individually and report it to the carrier.

Cost deductions and individual terms and conditions

In the case of returns or complaints, there may be situations in which:

  • the customer provided incorrect files or incomplete data for printing,
  • as a result of the return, we incurred specific costs (e.g. packaging, personalisation, ordering materials).

We reserve the right to deduct the relevant costs, after prior agreement with the Customer.
